Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.
- If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after the product has been delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
We do not currently support modifications to items or delivery addresses once an order has been placed. If eligible, the order must be cancelled and a new order placed.
