- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original state.
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this period.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Initiate a Request
Send an email with your return request, including your Order ID and the reason for return, to fululflowinnovations@gmail.com .
Step 2: Share Supporting Photos
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos showing the issue to help speed up the process.
Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions
